Our busy Cellar Door in the middle of the beautiful Yorke Peninsula is looking for a new staff member to join our small team! Heading into Summer and with our new outdoor area in development, our Cellar Door which is open 7 days a week 10am-5pm is looking for someone new to join our team to help with increasing demand!

Job responsibilities will included:

- Providing informative one-on-one wine tastings to our customers

- Food preparation

- Money handling

- Customer service

- Assisting with event set up

- Hands on work in our winery shed including bottling, labelling and assisting throughout vintage

- Vineyard work including assisting with feathering of vines, netting and grape picking

This role will suit someone who is hard working, works well under pressure, shows attention to detail, shows initiative and has a high standard of work ethic. You will need to provide a high level of customer service, be confident in running one-on-one wine tastings and have a positive and friendly personality.

No previous experience in the wine industry is needed, but if you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a tight-knit team, this is the job for you!

On the job training will be provided including obtaining your Responsible Service of Alcohol and COVID Marshal qualifications as well as general wine knowledge.

The job available will include both weekday and weekend work, as well as during school holidays.

The position will be minimum 20 hours a fortnight, with the possibility of full-time work during the busy period for the right person. Alternating weekends will be a part of your regular rostered days with multiple weekends in a row when needed.  An immediate start is available for the right person.
